A brand new collection of work by artist Leon Xu (beforehand featured here). Born in Zongshan, China, and raised in San Francisco, Xu obtained a Bachelors of Effective Artwork from College of Pennsylvania, and a certificates in Portray from Pennsylvania Academy of Effective Arts. His newest assortment is a continuation of his reflective and meditative method. Whether or not capturing a slit of daylight breaking by the bushes, a cat sprawled in a mattress mid-yawn, or the glimpses of site visitors and neon indicators by automobile home windows, Xu’s work convey the haziness of our recollections. Irrespective of how acquainted the scene, what Xu is ready to seize is that individual sense of nostalgia or longing to return to these moments, nonetheless small, that usually go by too shortly.
