Sydney hospitality group Esca have confirmed Cuckoo Callay Surry Hills will shut its doorways on 11 June.
The town-side cafe was the second Cuckoo Callay location — with the unique launching in Newtown again in 2013 — earlier than the Surry Hills department arrived on the eating scene virtually six years in the past.
