You want to make your first order on our site. So as to facilitate the process, we have put together this little guide. Here are the different stages of your order:

Choose the articles you wish to buy and add them to your cart.	For added security (your password and email will be requested)	Choice of your mode of delivery.	Verify and confirm the information related to your order.	Pay for your purchases through this secured payment site, provided by the BNP (National Bank of Paris).

To place an order, you need to select your items in the tie section and add them to your cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart".

Confirming your cart

You have at present all your items in your cart. Click

• • Either on the button on the bottom and "Confirm your order" at the right of the page
• • Or on the link "Your cart" above and to the right

To obtain a summary of your cart: In your cart, you have the possibility to perform the following actions.

• • Modify the quantity of an item by clicking on the button "Modify quantity".
• • Remove an item from your cart by clicking on the button "Remove item".
• • Remove al items from your cart by clicking on the button "Delete cart"..

To continue with your order, you need to confirm your cart by clicking on the button "Order".. You will then be redirected to the identification page.

Identification

The information related to your account is strictly confidential; identification with a password is requested for more security. If you have not already subscribed, create and account by clicking on the link"create and account"

Delivery

After your identification, you need to choose your delivery address. To use your delivery address by default, click on the link "here", otherwise fill out the formula which can be found on the page where you chose your delivery address by entering your delivery information.

Verification

After having chosen your delivery address, you are redirected to the page that summarizes your order. Verify that all the information is exact. If there is an error, you can come back to correct it. To modify a delivery address, click on the button "Back" to go back to the choice of delivery address. To definitively validate your order, click on the button "Continue"..

Payment

Choose your type of credit card. You will be directed to the secure payment site of the BNP (National Bank of Paris).

We would like to remind you that I-CLASS never has access to your bank information. Once your payment is accepted by the BNP, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address.
