SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED:

You benefit from a delay of 15 days beginning at the reception of a product that does not please you. The delivery fees and the return fees will therefore be at your charge. Only the price of the purchased items will be reimbursed. Returns must be effectuated at 14 rue Jean Morlet, 91390 Morsang sur Orge, in their original and complete state (packing, accessories, notice...), and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Items that are incompletely returned, which are damaged or dirtied by the client are not accepted for return.

Conformity of products

We engage ourselves to reimburse you, or to exchange products which are defective or damaged, or which do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would thank you to elaborate on the state of receipt in a detailed letter, and by sending back the article(s) in question. I-class.fr will proceed according to your choice, by exchanging or reimbursing the product(s). The request must be made within fifteen days following delivery. All reclamation provided outside of this delay will not be accepted. The mailing fees will be reimbursed based on the billed rate and the return fees will equally be reimbursed. In any case, you will benefit from the dispositions of the legal guarantee, notably those relative to the guarantee of hidden vices. The dispositions to this article do not keep you from benefiting from the right of retraction (satisfied or reimbursed) that is described in article 8.

Reimbursement

The reimbursements of products in the hypotheses imagined in articles 8 and 9 will be effectuated within a delay inferior or equal to 155 days after our reception of the products. This reimbursement will be effectuated at the choice of i-class.fr by credit to your bank account or by check addressed to the name of the client who made the command and at the billing address. No counter-reimbursement mailing will be accepted, regardless of motive.
