The present general sales conditions are concluded, in part, by the company "I-CLASS", matriculated at the Registry of Commerce and Business of EVRY under the number 498 379 528, the home office is situated at 14 Square Jean Morlet (91390) Morsang Sur Orge, and in other part, by each physical non-commercial person who wishes to proceed to purchasing an item presented on the merchant sites of "I-CLASS", hereafter named the client.

Article 1 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros with all taxes included (TVA), excluding delivery fees. The i-class.fr site reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment if the TVA rate changes, but the products will continue to be priced on the tariff base in vigor at the moment the order is registered. The products sold on i-class.fr are reserved to particulars.

Article 2 - Order

The Client navigates on the merchant site i-class.fr, and makes his order on this same site. To be accepted, his order must carry all the indications useful to its treatment. If the Client wishes to make his order, he will choose different articles that he is interested in, and manifest this interest by clicking on the button marked "Add to cart". At any moment, the Client may:

• Obtain a summary of the Products he has selected, by clicking on "My Cart"
• Continue his purchasing by clicking on the Boutique button.
• Terminate his selection of items and order these articles by clicking on the "Order" button present on the page summarizing the selected products.

Article 3 - Validation

The validation of your order implicates the understanding and the acceptance of the present general sales conditions you declare awareness and acceptation of the present general sales Conditions before making your order. The validation of your order therefore is equivalent to an acceptation of the general sales Conditions. Unless proof to the contrary, the data recorded by i-class.fr constitutes proof of the ensemble of transactions effectuated between i-class.fr and its clients.

Article 4 - Availability

The items proposed for sale on the site i-class.fr are those that were present at the date of consultation by the Client, in the limit of available stocks. Beyond this, the site i-class.fr does not guarantee the availability of items present on the site. In the case of unavailability at the moment of the order, the CLIENT will be informed of this by i-class.fr at the moment the order is made. In the eventuality of unavailability of a product after the commanded is passed, we will inform you by email or by standard mail in the briefest of delays. Your order will automatically be cancelled and you will immediately be reimbursed if your bank account has been debited. In the case of unavailability of all or a portion of the order, the client will effectuate the reimbursement at the choice of i-class.fr by crediting the bank account of the client or by check at the latest thirty days after the payment.

Article 5 - Delivery

All our orders are sent withing 24 hours from the date of payment, The products which are ordered on the merchant site i-class.fr are delivered, to the delivery address indicated by you in the course of the order process, by "colissimo recommandé" (certified mail) via La Poste. I-class,fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of the relaying of mail. In case of delay of delivery, an email will be adressed to you.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment for your purchases is made by bank or credit cards : VISA, MASTERCARD, and other ATM cards, via the secure payment site of the BNP. The client must furnish the number of his card, the date of validity as well as the visual cryptogram (the three last numbers inscribed on a bank card), The bank account of the client is debited as soon as the item is sent for the price in euros quoted the day the order is made. So as to assure security of payment, i-clas.fr has adopted the secure payment system (MERCANET) assured by the payment secure payment site offered by the BNP. This site integrates a security system, via the SSL protocol "Secure Socket Layer", which permits the encrypting of your banking coordinates (bank card number, expiration date and cryptogram) in the course of their transmission into the network. Regarding delivery outside of the Euro Zone, the import fees, exchange fees and other banking commissions remain at the exclusive charge of the client.

I-CLASS does not have access at any moment to your banking coordinates. Once your payment has been accepted by the BNP, a confirmation of your order will be automatically sent to your email address.

Article 7 - Security

Our site benefits from a very sophisticated system of security. In fact we have adopted the encrypting process SSL, but we have also reinforced the ensemble of encrypting processes to most efficiently protect all the sensitive data linked to payment methods, thanks to the BNP.

Article 8 - Satisfied or reimbursed

You benefit from a delay of 15 days beginning at the reception of a product that does not please you. The delivery fees and the return fees will therefore be at your charge. Only the price of the purchased items will be reimbursed. Returns must be effectuated at 14 rue Jean Morlet, 91390 Morsang sur Orge, in their original and complete state (packing, accessories, notice...), and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Items that are incompletely returned, which are damaged or dirtied by the client are not accepted for return.

Article 9 - Confrmity of products

We engage ourselves to reimburse you, or to exchange products which are defective or damaged, or which do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would thank you to elaborate on the state of receipt in a detailed letter, and by sending back the article(s) in question. I-class.fr will proceed according to your choice, by exchanging or reimbursing the product(s). The request must be made within fifteen days following delivery. All reclamation provided outside of this delay will not be accepted. The mailing fees will be reimbursed based on the billed rate and the return fees will equally be reimbursed. In any case, you will benefit from the dispositions of the legal guarantee, notably those relative to the guarantee of hidden vices. The dispositions to this article do not keep you from benefiting from the right of retraction (satisfied or reimbursed) that is described in article 8.

Article 10 - Reimbursement

The reimbursements of products in the hypotheses imagined in articles 8 and 9 will be effectuated within a delay inferior or equal to 155 days after our reception of the products. This reimbursement will be effectuated at the choice of i-class.fr by credit to your bank account or by check addressed to the name of the client who made the command and at the billing address. No counter-reimbursement mailing will be accepted, regardless of motive

The proposed products conform in vigor to French legislation. The responsibility of i-class.fr will not be engaged in the case of non-respect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered.
